All 3D laser-printed and 3D printed parts are crafted products, custom-made with precision. Due to their personalized and made-to-order nature, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Exchanges are possible only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. Approved exchanges will be processed once the original item is shipped back.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred during the exchange process. Replacement items will be dispatched only after the return shipment is received and inspected.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification will not qualify for exchange.
